Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it. We are happy to offer exchanges for items you receive that 1) have a manufacturing defect, and 2) are reported and returned within 30 days.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (see below for more information).


Refunds may be granted for items that are unused and returned within 30 days of your original purchase. If any item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, you may only be granted a partial refund. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within ten business days.

If you haven’t received a refund within ten business days, first check your bank account to confirm. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us using our online contact form or by emailing

Custom & Clearance Racks

Unfortunately, custom & clearance racks cannot be refunded or exchanged.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying for your own non-refundable shipping costs for returning your item to us. If an item is approved for an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you, using the least expensive option available at the time.

If you are shipping an item valued at over $75 USD, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
